Hi, i have a core i5 7600k and want to update the HD graphics but every time i try is says that my pc does not meet the minimum requirement to use this software. My rig is nothing special but not that old, so a little confused.
My specs are:
Core i5 7600k
Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3000MHZ
Samsung 500gb 750 EVO SSD
AMD R9 Fury Nitro
Asus Prime Z270-P MB

Any help with this would be great
Cheers

Solution
update your intel chipset drivers those will effect the gpu and your bios on the mb. if it old there might be a bios bug. also make sure your running the newest dirextx and other game plug ins.
You have an AMD R9 Fury Nitro GPU which will way way way out perform the integrated graphics in the Intel CPU, so why would you even want to try to go to that? Never mind I'm not going down that rabbit hole. As sniper said when you plug in a GPU it disables the integrated graphics so go into the BIOS and enable it there or pull out the video card.

I have a Oculus Rift which i am having issues with and one thing the Oculus support asked me to do was update all drivers, so i used Driver easy and the HD graphics is well out of date and the only driver left to update. I was not sure if the onboard graphics from the cpu would help the Fury in any way. If not then i wont go there. Its the first time i have had a cpu with on board graphics, so i am a little in the dark in that respect.

never use 3 party drive updaters most of them are virus droppers. with intel and amd cpu that have ipgpu in them in the bios there two settings now. one is muilti monitor support. this will let you turn on or off the ipgpu when you have a gpu plugged in. the other is primany display. this tells the mb to post from the ipgpu or pci device first. with the ipgpu on it going to use some of your system ram. if you turn it off and your gpu goes bad you have to pull the gpu and clear the cmos to get the ipgpu to turn back on. on my gaming rig i have the ipgpu on. if the gaming gpu goes south i can still get into windows.

Well, i am on my second headset and its still not right. When launching the Lab or Belko VR An Escape Room, or Arizona Sunshine, i appear really high up. With the Belko game, i start on the roof of the office i am supposed to be in. Oculus had me run all kinds of tests, had me send pictures of my set up, where my censors are, had me cover my TV, windows, all sorts. Eventually they had me send my headset back and they sent me a new one. I still have the same issues but now, when playing a dark game, i see green dots, or haze and once you have seen it, its hard to not see it. I just wanted to send the lot back but yet again they have me doing all sorts. I have ran 2 diagnostics tests for them as well. If updating the HD graphics will not make any difference the i shall not do it. I thought that the HD graphics work in conjunction with your GPU.
