I just got my new PC today and was excited to play games again. However i loaded csgo noticing extremely low fps (20-30). I used the HWmonitor software and found out that my nvidia gpu was on 0% usage while my other components such as the cpu were on 90%+. The things i have tried are uninstalling and re-installing the nvidia drivers multiple time (both express and clean installation), and still no usage on the gpu.
Hope anyone can help as I cant find solutions on the internet.
