I've got a side computer running a ASUS P8P67 Deluxe LGA1155 mobo, 16gb ram, and 2x r9 270x 2gb GPU's. It run pretty damn well, but I've been recently noticing that when I'm streaming the processor bogs down which bogs everything down. So I was just wondering, what compatable processor's can I upgrade too from i5 2400k? Can be either AMD or Intel, but I would prefer Intel.

Solution
The fastest processor that the ASUS P8P67 DELUXE can support is the Ivy Bridge Intel Core i7-3770K using motherboard BIOS Version 3207 or later.
what do you mean by compatible ? if the new CPU is supposed to be compatible with the MB and RAM, it would be i7-2600K. it would be improve the performance to some extent.
to be able to stream any game, without issues, something like i5-8400 that is a 6 cores would significantly improve things. for ultimate comfort an i7-8700K is what needed.

OP already voted for his favorite answer in the duplicate thread he made a few minutes after this one. Also, OP was asking about (or is at least implying) a same-socket upgrade, not a whole system rebuild, at least going off of the results of the other thread.
