I wonder if the CPU below is the best for my motherboard "ASRock N68C-GS4 FX".
- AM3 Phenom II X6 HDT65TWFK6DGR 95W Thuban 2900MHz 2000MHz 512KBx6 6MB E0 All
I am currently using DDR2 2x4GB memory with super old dual core CPU (AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+). I don't think I would change my memory to DDR3, unless someone suggest something
Should the combination of DDR3 2x8GB memory with AM3+ CPU be a whole lot cheaper?
I can only support Pre-Owned CPU at this point.
