I'm going to buy an i7 7700 next week and I have an installed win 7 pro, if i insert the new processor, will it work just fine? my motherboard supports 7th gen intel proc because i've already updated it, I don't really like win 10, so that's why i'm only a win 7 pro. Or if I really need win 10, if I reformat and install a new OS in my ssd, will it delete my updated motherboard bios? Because my motherboard is a b150 chipset, and it doesnt support a kabylake cpu if not updated. Help please. If there would be a lot of problem. I would just go for the 6700. I think it will work fine rather than an i7 7700 on a b150 chipset mobo
