I recently build my own desktop and i searched for budget builds with decent performance and i came up with this. I have PALIT GTX1060 6GB with 1x 8GB ddr4 ripjawzz RAM B250m Bazooka mobo with windows 10. In the reviews, they are playing rainbow six siege in 1080p with medium to high graphics with 120 to 130 fps constantly but when I actually play the game it only gave me 70 to 85 fps in low graphics and i dont even play in 1080p (1440x900). Is there something I missed when building my desktop and what should I do in the bios? I`m completely noob in building so i need help. Thanks!

What are your exact fps counts, in what games, compared to which specific YouTube videos? Hard to evaluate an unknown performance difference in unknown games compared to unknown other rigs. Hopefully these were videos from respected sources, not simply random YouTubers, because it's trivially easy to spoof; give me an hour of Adobe tools and I can make a video demonstrating a Pentium 133 running Witcher 3 at 100 fps.
