BSOD after new hardware

Hey all, about 2 months ago I decided to start upgrading my computer. First I bought a new graphics card GTX 1070 and a new i7 7700 processor. Being a dumb ass I didn't realize the socket differences between the processor and my old motherboard until I tried installing. Not wanting to spend more money right then I put the I7 away and only used the new graphics card and everything worked fine. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago I decided to finish the project and got a new motherboard, ram, and a ssd. I installed everything and was about an hour into playing Witcher 3 when my computer crashed and was stuck in an infinite start up loop. Even the BSOD was like half glitched out and unreadable.

After looking all over for a solution I decided to just take it to a repair place down the road. The guy looked at it and determined that my old mechanical hard drive was to blame for all the problems and that everything else seemed just fine. He said if I wanted any of my old files I would be able to plug in my old hard drive and transfer them to new one quickly before it crashed again. Also he had issues reinstalling windows 10 because I only had the windows 7 installation disk ( I had gotten the free windows 10), but he ended up getting windows 10 installed on the new ssd. He told me it was installed but not activated and that I would need to buy an activation key.

$100 later I brought the computer back and fired it up with just the ssd plugged in. I download Chrome, League, and Steam, and in the middle of the League installation my computer blue screened again. This time I can actually read the errors and at first the stop code was "IQRL not less or equal". I fucked around in Bios and disabled some OS setting about windows 7 installation and enabled windows 8/10 something.. Then the stop codes were "Kernel auto boost lock aquisition with raised IQRL" and a few others I cannot remember atm. I'm finally got the computer to launch in safemode and came here for help. Sorry for the length I just wanted to be as detailed as possible. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Update: It seems to only crash when I open games. League client has forced it to crash and opening AOE 2 made it crash. I had the computer idle on desktop for 3 hours and it was fine.

Specs:

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 SC
MOBO: MSI Z270-APRO
RAM: 2x8gb G-Skill
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500gb
Power Supply: 750W

First off, never use that repair place again. Any tech that doesn't know how to transfer a Windows 10 installation to a new drive without having to buy a key (even if it was upgraded) is not someone I would trust with my computer. Did that $100 he charge you include the key?

Did he or you install all the latest drivers for your hardware?
Have you monitored temperatures while gaming to see if you are possibly overheating?

The $100 dollars was pretty much just for him to tell me my old mechanical hard drive was bad. My windows still isn't activated. Could this be an issue?

I took it back to the guy this morning because he said he'd take another look at it, so i wont be able to run temperature test atm. I'll probably try to get it back from him today. I checked the device manager and it seemed that all the drivers were up to date (no warning symbols), but I did not try to install all new ones. I don't know if this makes overheating more suspect, but the first time it blue screened this time around it was about 10 minutes into playing AOE 2, then the next times I opened it the computer crashed immediately.

Windows will install drivers automatically and sometimes that is fine, however, I feel the manufacturer knows best and I always install their drivers.
Chipset and graphics drivers are key.

Windows 10 allows you to activate when you replace hardware, it is one really nice feature of it. If you tied the license to a Microsoft Account you should be able to activate from the Control Panel. Or you may need to do the phone option so go ahead and try doing that. I have had to do this before when a drive crashed and I had to replace it. Even if it takes actually talking to a MS agent you just tell them your drive died and they will help you activate.

I got back my computer again and the guy confirmed all of the hardware seems fine, so it seems like a software problem. The computer only crashes when I have Steam open.

Which drivers do I need to install? I already did the graphics card one, and now I'm on to the motherboard drivers, but I don't know which ones I need. Also are there drivers for the ram, ssd, and processor?

Also I have CAM (hardware monitoring software) installed and my cpu was around 45 C and GPU 35 C. The computer crashed while CAM and steam were the only programs open.

Here are your BIOS updates and drivers: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z270-A-PRO
I would recommend doing the BIOS update first (you should be on the BIOS tab when you follow that link)
Then click on the Drivers tab and go through each one and download and install with maybe skipping "Others".

If you still get crashes then you will probably need to start looking at the log files to figure out what is doing it.

So I've updated the drivers and I downloaded WhoCrashed. After analyzing the crash logs it said a third party could be to blame, specifically mentioning nvidia, so I tried updating the nvidia graphics drivers. The installer continues to fail, I've tried it through Geforce Experience, manually, and through the device manager. After trying a few different fixes to no avail I did a clean install of windows 10 to see if that could be the issue. After that the drivers still fail to install, so I'm really at a loss of what to do.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from skylarts : "BSOD. Seems I've tried everything"

I cleared cmos ( that resets the settings right?) ,updated the bios to the newest version, but it's still crashing on the bios screen. It will show checking disk, trying to repair, or just a loading ring, but it always just crashes. What bug checks are you wanting me to look at? The stop codes on the blue screen?

I'm probably just going to reinstall windows again because that always seems to work.

Update: Just kidding now I can't even boot the windows installer. It shows window icon like it's about to start then black screen and restarts. It seems I'm going backwards.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from skylarts : "Windows 10 wont launch, Loops bios screen"

I've been having a bunch of problems with my computer after I made some upgrades if you want to see all my issues they are here http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3550606/bsod.html This thread kinda died so I'm looking elsewhere for help.

Right now my issue is that when I start my computer the bios screen pops up and I can get into settings fine, but it will crash before windows even starts to load. I can't even get into the windows troubleshooting screen. F8 doesn't work, powering on and off 3+ times doesn't work.

I've been trying to reinstall windows with a usb installation, but even booting though the usb the computer just restarts after bios.

I've updated the bios to the newest version, cleared the cmos. I've done just about everything I can think of except buying an actual windows 10 installation disk. If anyone has something I haven't tried please help me out as I am not the most tech savvy person.

The computer is booting, going to the bios screen and then it rotates between just going black and restarting or it shows a blue screen and restarts. All of the stop errors look like it’s a driver issue, but I can’t get into the computer anyway to uninstall/install drivers. What am I supposed to do??

Update: I had tried running my old windows 7 installation disk before and it didn't work, but this time it did. However it crashed right after the installation before the set up. Reinstalled it and the same thing.

Now I'm trying to run my windows 10 installation usb to possibly fix it, but it's failing. On the plus side the windows troubleshooter is finally popping up so I can do some stuff, but I just don't know what to do.
