So I am making a build and would like some feedback. (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RYJkxY) Something off the top of my head is whether i should get a cooler that is like h7, h60, 240mm aio, noctua, or be quiet etc.) Thanks! :)

The ASRock appears to have superb build quality and overclocking support. I don't see any reason not to get it.

The Gigabyte has more fan headers, second LAN and second M.2. Some other differences. Mostly bells and whistles you probably won't ever use. I can't see any practical reason for it. I'd put that extra money towards something more useful. Like a 1TB SSD.
Get a Scythe Mugen 5. You get big air performance for a mid range price. 120mm liquid coolers are generally beat by decent air coolers. I'd only consider them for slim case builds. Like a mini ITX setup. You want at least a good 240mm unit to match the performance of big air. Many of those are still beat by the Mugen 5.

I think the 8 series uses the same cooler sizes as previous generations. So you could save $10 and get the Scythe Mugen Max. Which has very similar performance to the Mugen 5. The Mugen 5 was only a slight update which also included a Ryzen adapter. Which you don't need.

These units are right up there with a Cryorig R1 and Noctua NH-D14. Although a little louder under load. The disadvantage of one fan.

Anything else I should change or modify? Would a different Moba be better? I'm thinking about a gigabyte aorus gaming 7, but I'm not too sure what it offers for the increase in price.
