I have a Windows 8.1 Pro PC with a 2 GB RAM and Intel(R) HD Graphics with total available graphics memory of 1003 MB and dedicated memory of 32 MB. I want to play GTA 4 which needs 2GB Minimum RAM which is not running well and is super slow. Should I try Virtual Ram? BTW my Processor is of 3.10 GHz.
