Is it possible to change Intel integrated graphic cards to a nividia one?
PCI switch?

Also HP manual says max turbo boost - 3.9 GHz, mine is currently running at 2.7 GHZ.
Can't I speed it up?

Need full system specs, you can add a video card to computers as long as you have a free PCIe slot and a power supply to run it.

You will not see a speed change on the CPU unless you are running something that causes it to run at a higher speed.

You should be able to run a low power video card in that system, nVidia 1030 should work OK. Just make sure it's a small form version and single slot width.
