Anyone use sound blaster zx?

I haven't install it on my pc yet. does it really help for hearing steps and locate gunshot? Currently, I am playing PUBG, it drive me crazy. Also, is sennheiser hd598 cs a good choice for fps gaming?

It's a good card so yes, it should give you good quality sound. The 598 open backs are probably better for gaming than the closed versions but I haven't heard the closed back versions to compare.

Will I lose some advantages on fps game by using closed back?
