i got an amd sapphire r7 265 dualx from a friend . after installing the card it ran without any driver . but when i tried to install the driver this happens -
in windows 10 - while installing the driver it appears a forever black screen when the driver says "installing display driver" , then it stays like that . if i restart the pc like that then its the same after the windows loading screen , full black no desktop.
in windows 7 - the display driver installs without any problem but after installing when it restarts the same black screen appears after windows loading screen .
i have tried latest drivers , old drivers everything but it seems that its not working at all .
please help.....
