Upgrading GT 730 with GT 1030

I have a Zotac GT 730 in my system which has been one of the best budget GPUs of all time but it can not really keep up anymore and has started to show its age. So, i'll be upgrading it with the GT 1030, may be Gigabyte or Zotac? Now lets say i just swapped them. Is that all i need to do? Currently i'm on v382.05 released on 05/04/17 which i can upgrade up to v387.92 with Date of Release 10/09/17 but i doubt whether the same driver would work alright with the GT 1030?

Solution
Personally:
With old card in, uninstall drivers.
switch off
remove card
fit new card
reboot, install new drivers.

I had to do this when going from a GTX580 to a 970, else it would BSOD on first boot with the 970.

Consider whether a 950 might be a similar price, but better performing.

It might work out of the box with the already installed drivers, but experience tells me that you'll probably need to uninstall the current drivers and restart the installation to get it working.
