Question about high tier PSUs and Overclocking.

Ok so I'm looking to upgrade to Coffee Lake in the future (probably i5 8600k). I need to buy a good PSU because I will defenitely OC both the CPU and my GPU and RAM (MSI Armor GTX1060 6GB OCV1). My price range reaches 150 EUROS. I'm looking to get a tier 1 PSU and 750W just to be sure (instead of 650W). I want to be as future proof as possible that's why I'm picking a 750W one and I like to have enough room.
My choices :
(1) CoolerMaster V-Series V750 Gold. (140 EUROS)
(2) Corsair RMi Series 750W. (150 EUROS)
(3) EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2. (137 EUROS)

All the PSU models you are considering are good quality PSUs (personal choice is the RM750i, then the G2 750, then the V750). Honestly, you really won't need 750W (overkill). In fact, even a 550W will be more than enough. 650W already ensures you have enough juice to upgrade your GPU to a GTX 1080 Ti in the future, with or without OC'ing.

I would seriously consider the RM650x or G2 650, to save on costs (even the RM550x or G2 550, if you plan to stick with the GTX 1060 for a long time).

650w is recommanded 750w is overkill , all 3 are excellent in terms of quality however the rmi is the quietest one and features corsair link to watch your powerdraw from your psu.

150 euros , I would get a seasonic prime titanium 650w if you have that much xD

750w is overkill even with a 1080 ti, 650w is fine.

Yea I guess you are right, I really think that the corsair shines amongst those 3.

Well I didnt know that 550Watts were more than enough, I thought it is not enough for OC. Knowing that I realise myself too that 750 is an overkill. I will sure get Corsair RM650X or RM650i. :) Thank you!
