GTX 1070 Temp Issue, did I burn it?

Hey guys.

First of all, I have a GTX 1070 MSI GAMING X, and I'm using a 1440p 144hz monitor for gaming, along with a 1080p one for web browsing.

Yesterday while I was playing WoW, I was browsing youtube on the other monitor, and when I clicked on a video, both of my screens turned black for one second and I got a green line across my main monitor, don't know how to explain it but it's like something bugged out for a second, almost like a grainy-green line. I'm always running WoW on max settings at about 78-83 degrees on my GPU, so the first thing that came to my mind is that my GPU is overheating. So today when I got home, I brought my PC outside and cleaned it, I noticed that there was quite some dust stuck between my fans , but I was too scared to remove the GPU, so I just blew some of the dust off with an air compressor, and cleaned the rest with baby wipes. I let it rest in for a few minutes and brought it back inside, started up my PC, and even though I didn't get any green lines yet, my temperature remains the same. Another thing I noticed on my GPU is that the part where you plug your hdmi and DP cable in had like a rainbow color on it, which scares me cause I don't know if that's normal or if I burned it. Other than that, games run fine without any issues whatsoever, but the temperatures scare me, and it's not only WoW, but Overwatch too. I have the GPU for about six months.
