I purchased this motherboard but as I plugged in the 24pin before I fully plugged it in the fans spun (CPU and case fans only) the PSU and GPU fans kind of twitched but it didn't post, the buttons on the motherboard don't do anything. I'm sending back for DOA but I'm afraid it's gonna be rejected as something works but it doesn't boot or post anything. Anyone else have these issues?
