High download speed, but inconsistent in games.

Hello!
So I live in Bulgaria and I just bought my new PC 2 months ago. Until the end of September my internet speed was high and consistent in both web browsing and gaming(SpeedTest with 9ms and gaming with 45ping). From the start of October my internet speed dropped and stopped beening consistent. I called my internet provider and they fixed my speed, but it's not consistent at all(the diagram in SpeedTest looks like a heart monitor in a hospital:


The problem is that my download speed is high and stable, but in gaming I experience internet lag without any ping growth.

Please Help!

The speed of the internet in games also depends on game server. If it is undergoing load then there will delay in reception of data.

Is the problem only with games or is it also with the web browsing.

It's in both.
Games are impossible to play with this connection. Also if I try to watch any video outside YouTube it's a nightmare. I have to lower the quality of it to at least 480p to watch it "normaly".
The games that I play are: CSGO, Blade & Soul, StarCraft 2, PAYDAY 2 and some more.
But you can't tell me that the servers are bad in all of them. That doesn't make any sence. In games my ping stayed normal(45ms), but it starts to studder.
And it can't be from my system at all.

Then it is still the problem of your Internet provider. Contact them again and inform them of the problem. There are some internet providers who would say that problem is solved from there side and will not do anything about it. In that case force them to send a service person to your home and let him check and solve the problem.
