I'm about to buy the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P rev1.0 along with 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM wanting to use Windows 7/10 64 Bit Version.
I got a bit concerned when I read the product page of the Motherboard:
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-970A-UD3P-rev-10#sp
(Specification then under the Note section)
There it said that due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.
So now I don't know whether it will be possible to use 64 Bit Windows and I also am scared that it won't be able to use 8GB of RAM.

Any help would be very nice and already in advance : THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

Solution
That note only applies to the 32-bit OS versions. You certainly can install a 64-bit version OS. If you have any doubts, just look at the driver download page and you'll see 64-bit drivers available.

THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR HELP

I had 16 GB and Win 7 64-bit (then 10 64-bit) on my 970A0-UD3P. It'll run fine.

The latest BIOS (the "beta" version) does weird things with the CPU fan when you wake it up from sleep and caused mine to overheat and shut off sometimes. Just stick with the earlier BIOS from Gigabyte's site.

Thank you, could you please send me the link to Gigabyte's earlier BIOS site.

You want version F1, which is probably what it ships with.
