Computer won't turn on!!!

I am building a new pc but I'm having issues turning it on. This isn't my first build so I know I plugged in everything correctly but I have tried everything from re wiring to actually redoing the entire mother board. When I do try and am turn it on a few light come on in the caer like the graphics card and the mother board.

try another power supplt..one you have nit that good of a brand. (pull the mb with one ram stick see if the mb will show the bios logo screen.

Just like how they explained in the video. Unplug everything, take out he PSU, plug the power cable from wall > PSU. Plug something like a fan with a PSU Molex Cable. use a metal paperclip or similar wire to ground start the PSU and trick it to thinking it's connected to a mobo. If your's works like in the video then nothing wrong with your PSU = it could be a bad mobo (lemon?)

The paper clip test failed and i thought it was the PSU to begin with thank to for your help
