Hi All,
I have an existing Win 7 rig that runs an ANTEC 490W PSU with I5 and Old Nvidia Quadro 2000 card, 16Gb Ram.
The Graphics are in major need of an upgrade and most people suggest around 400-500W to run a decent card, right?
The PSU has 2 spare 6 pin power cables (which are 75W supply right?), but they have no 8 pin connector.
Strix requires an 8 Pin power supply cable - Can I get an adapter 6+6 to 8 Pin to bring the correct power to the card? Does ASUS supply one in the box or is it a seperate purchase?
