Overclocking advice needed.

I want to overclock my CPU, GPU and Ram. Ive been gaming on my ultra wide 2K display for about 8 months now. I get around 75-80 FPS on Ultra setting on most games. Seeing how my monitor is capable of 100 FPS, I could use the extra boost. I am gonna list all the important components of my PC build, please tell me what should I aim for.

CPU 6700k
CPU Cooler Hydro Series H100i v2 240mm
7 extra led Fan
Liquid Cpu cooler
GPU ROG STRIX GTX 1080
RAM Corsair Dominator 16Gb DDR4
Motherboard ROG Maximus Hero VIII
Power Supply Corsair AX860i 80+ Platinum
SSD Hard drive

Please help me, I am a noob lol!

test will occupy resources, including cpu, ram etc., imo that is why your fps drops, just like streaming while gaming for 4 cores.

Oh okay, so no point in overclocking? I also noticed a 40 FPS drop while the test was running in the background could that affect GPU usage?
