motherboard upgrade on a budget

hi all I have a asus crosshair v formula motherboard that just wont boot soo was looking to upgrade it.my problem is 1 month ago the cpu died soo I went and bought a new one (fx8350)silly me, soo would like to reuse it if possible . any suggestions around the $200 mark

thanks for the replys . have searched the net and found nothing.don't think I can do that as the crosshair v formula does not have the flash back button on the back panel. there is nothing in the manual too
