6 GB Ram for Watch Dogs Good?

I've got 6 GB of DDR3 Ram in my system, in the order 4+2, and I like to game on it. Earlier it was 4GB, 2+2 which happens to be the Minimum Requirement for GTA-5, however the game would start lagging right after 2-5 minutes, although I have a dedicated Video card and a monitor of 1366x768 Resolution? So I had to upgrade the Samsung with Ripjaws x to make it 4+2. Now the Game runs alright at 60 fps with Normal settings. But I doubt whether 6 GB would be okay for Watch Dogs -1 and 2 with the Min req of 6 and 8 GB ??

If the min requirements for watch dogs 1 is 6 like you said, then you can run it at minimum settings. Just keep in mind all your other hardware must be at minimum or higher. If watch dogs 2 is 8gb then no as you have 6. Now days, for gaming you want 8gb or higher. However, more people are shooting for 16gb of ram because we know that games are going to get more and more tougher to run, so we need to future proof our selves. Logic is spend a little now and less in the future.

16 GB sounds like an overkill but i guess its okay as RAM capacities are always a multiple of 2, and hence anyone upgrading from 8GB would probably go for 16 GB to get the Dual Channel Advantage. i.e. 2x 8GB. Games are getting more demanding as well. Unfortunately, i can't as my Sandy Bridge PC cannot support more than 2x 4GB DDR3 RAM at 1333 MHz but i'd definitely upgrade it to 8 GB.

Doesn't sound right. Even low end Sandy bridge H61 board is able to support 16GB ram.
What's your motherboard model name?

Intel H61 Mini ITX.
It doesn't even support 1600 MHz RAM speed, like the H81 does but i'm glad i can at least use 8GB of RAM.

Yeah. I got it. That's not the Model Name but that's all i can tell. It's actually a part of the Dell Inspiron 620s and as per the Set up Guide, i can not put more than 8 gigs of RAM in this system. Click here.
