Here are my PC specs:

Intel Core i7-4770K http://amzn.to/2yEHBQ6

(x2) MSI AMD Radeon R9 270X http://amzn.to/2xUK4UO

Crucial M500 120GB Solid State Drive http://amzn.to/2gxk678

Seagate Barracuda 2TB http://amzn.to/2yET3gt

Corsair Vengeance 16GB http://amzn.to/2gqPqk4

From what I experience and what I see online, my graphics cards are my PC's biggest weakness. I'm thinking about upgrading my graphics card to something better alongside a 240hz monitor.

I'm looking to buy this monitor http://amzn.to/2yxUVIw (I've been running a 60hz monitor for 4 years)

I'm thinking about buying the GTX 1080 Ti. If I buy this GPU to replace my current 2, will my PC be able to utilize the 240Hz Monitor I want?

So here are my questions:

1: Do I need a better GPU before I buy this 250Hz monitor to play everything on max/high fps

2: If I need to replace my GPU's should I buy the 1080 TI, will it work well with me PC and new monitor

3: Is there a AMD GPU just as good as 1080 Ti for around the same price

4: How much better is the 1080 Ti compared to my 2 GPUs, will I feel the difference

5: Is my GPU the only thing I should upgrade?

5: For around $1250 (GTX 1080 Ti, & BenQ ZOWIE 240Hz) do you think it's worth the money. I use my PC 10+ hours everyday for Gaming and as a Workstation. It's not like I only use my PC on the weekends lol. I use it a LOT.

Solution
What kind of gaming exactly ?

If its mainly easy to run esports stuff like csgo then by all accounts go with a 240htz screen - but at 1080p you just dont need a 1080ti at all,the standard 1080 is more than enough.

That monitor is plainly a ridicolous price though for a 24 inch 1080p screen irregardless of how good it is.

27 inch 1440p 165htz gsync screen for less money.

By all accounts pair that with a 1080ti if you like becasue thats going to be a far far better choice for the money.

If you were really happy sticking with a 24 inch 1080p screen then this...

which can run up to 180htz paired with a gtx 1080 (non ti ) will do the job for far less money.

Like almost all pro gamers don't notice any difference what so ever between a 144hz screen and higher in a blind test so no need to blow money on it.
