While the i5 8600k according to intel costs $12 more. Source: https://ark.intel.com/compare/126685,97144

So it's about $60-$70 more, but will be worth it for sure in my opinion.

Hey landeviraj,
The build is pretty solid, but if I were you I'd get the i5-8600k, since it's the first mainstream i5 to have 6 cores instead of 4, but wait a bit for the prices of the new 8th gen cpus and z370 boards to go down. (They are out of stock at this point)

Moreover, the rumored gtx 1070ti looks pretty sweet, but it's still rumored so you're gonna have to wait to get it.

To sum up, at this point with the gtx 1070ti and the New gen cpus, it would be a shame to spend so much money on a pc only for it to be outdated by one generation and a better graphics card at similar price.

If you don't want to wait, go with the build you posted.

You could always get the gtx 1070 and the new i5 8600k and a z370 board. If you can't wait for the confirmation and released of the Gtx 1070ti
