For sure? If i buy it for my desktop pc it will be ok? Btw i will be able to install it internally or it's external?

For your desktop PC? As in your Windows based PC? Yes, that card is meant for a PCIe 3.0 slot in a Windows based PC. Nothing less than a quality 600W PSU should be used with the Titan. I recommend the 750W G3 from EVGA.

It should be the titan xp 2017 (thank nvidia for the terrible naming scheme) it's quite a bit lower price than the normal asking price. You are looking at a slightly faster gtx 1080ti with 1gb more vram and it's usually doubble the price of a 1080ti but this one is suspicously low priced. Contact the seller to make sure it's the 2017 model.

100% certain. This assumes that the user's PC meets the requirements. It will fit. If all the PCIe slots are populated with sound card, wi-fi and other hardware it may not fit. It needs the PCIe slot and it's width means it will cover the second slot.

What do you mean? Not just any place without millions of dollars of machinery can build the GPU, PCB and shroud. Nor can they do that. They'd be shut down before they started manufacturing.

That's between you, them and whomever oversees those types of price changes. Would I pay more? No.

BTW, typing entirely in caps has been known as yelling for well over a quarter century.
