"USB not recognizable"

My headphones just stopped working, And when i were to reconnect them it just says that "The USB unit is not recognizable" Anyone have a idea how to fix it or what the problem is? I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the unit and to update drives.

make sure there no bent pin on the usb port. try another port see if the unit comes on. if not try reinstalling the mb chipset drivers and usb drivers may have damaged usb hub driver.
