So I've heard that dual streaming pc is a thing where your one conputer plays games and other encodes the video etc. via capture card example Elgato. Can I stream with these PC:

Gaming PC
Intel Core i5-3470 3.20GHz
16GB DDR3 1600MHz
MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
1TB HDD
Windows 10 Pro

Possible encoding PC
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.34GHz
4GB DDR2
Palit GeForce GTX 660 2GB
1TB HDD
Windows 10 Pro

If you have information please tell me (compatibility, power etc.)

The q6600 will have issues doing live encoding since it's quite weak but if you allow for a large enough delay you should still be able to stream in high enough quality.

Use that gtx 660 as the encoder in OBS. It will do fine. The encoding option is called NVenc. Select that, boom, you should be good to stream at 720p 60fps if your upload speed allows. Make sure you go to your advanced settings and select high quality/ low latancy option. That is where I had the most success.
