First And Low Budget Build

Hi, so I have done a little research and have put together a build less than £300:
APU- AMD A8 7650K Dual Core 3.3GHz
MOBO- Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3HP FM2+
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4
then,
CASE - Rosewill TYRFING ATX
Power- Corsair VS series ATX 450V
Any pointers or warning tips? Anything helps, thanks.

UPDATE: I will be using for gaming ranging from Fallout 1-Sins of a Solar empire/Cities skylines. (Lowest settings)

DDR4 memory does not fit the motherboard.

System Requirements for some games may require an add-on video card.

Fallout 1 will be no problem sins and skylines won't run well on that rig. My advice is to save up since you are buying low end stuff on a dead platform.

I would not go that way. These CPUs just aren't strong chips for gaming. I suggest maybe looking at a refurbished Dell business class system or other with an i5 or i7 if you are lucky.

You should get one of those on eBay, Amazon, etc for 200, at least in the USA, then see if you can pick up a budget GPU.

The i5 is about 2.3 times faster and the gtx 1050ti is over 4 times faster than the a8's gpu.
