I have an AMD FX 4300 overclocked to 4.7ghz and I have bought 2 780 Ti's and am wondering if they will be bottlenecked?????

Solution
If overclocking you can go Z97 i7 4790k or if not overclocking Z97 & i7 4790. It's still a few generations old so limits upgrade options but it supports DDR3. Only some 'Z' boards support sli so be careful when selecting.

I would not go older i5, 4 core/threads is a bit low these days and effectively modern i3 level.
Huge bottleneck, the whole FX range are weak by modern standards. The FX9XXX are a nightmare to get running right, few motherboards support them and they need high end cooling and PSU. The FX8XXX are little improvement in single core performance and 'e' version might actually give worse gaming performance in certain games.
