So to start off, my computer randomly shut off a few nights ago. Every time I turn it back on after recycling the power it stays on for a few seconds then turns back off, hitting the power again makes it flicker on/off, again and it does nothing. Like I said I can get it to turn on for a few seconds if I recycle the power.

I've tried a different PSU and GPU with the same results, so I've narrowed it down to the motherboard. I've tried reseating everything in the computer, resetting the CMOS, Pressing the MEMok button, the jumper pin thing.

I just want to make sure I've covered everything before I go through the pain in the ass of replacing an expensive motherboard, any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue. I removed a screw that wasn't properly screwed into a mount and my pc booted like normal. Double check all your screws and try twisting them with a screws river to check for resistance
