Dell Dimension E520 Case Problem

I have an old dell dimension and im trying to clean it out but i cant seem to get the part of the case which has the fan on as its quite dusty , is there a way to get it off ? as ive tried a few time and i just wont budge.

There are 2 latches to release that housing. one is 1/2 way down the side by the HDD cage. You push the tab towards the fan. Of couse everything is black on black.
The other one is much harder to find. It's all the way inside the case by the floppy cage.There is a 1/4" square tab there that you must lift away from the back of the case. This allows the fan assy. to slide towards the motherboard and then be lifted out. To put it back just sit it next to the MB and slide it forward and the latches snap into place.
BTW the E520 is an overclocking beast. I've had mine to 4 GHz. The link is in my sig.
