I MISSED THAt it was a 25GB SSD. I read 250 GB. my bad. Agree its a cache drive. DON'T do the following

Remove the SSD now. Do not use it. Every use wipes a bit more of your data.

Professional tools can find most of the data if you did a quick format vs full format when you overwrote the SSD. Professional data recovery is expensive.

You can try to recover your data yourself. Google "unerase tools win10", or "free undelete windows 10", pick a tool and give it a try.

This is similar to "I recorded a video tape. Then I recorded over the top of it. How do I get my original movie back.... you can't. But you can get the areas you didn't write on yet if you can find them. That's what "enerase" or "undelete" tools do. They read all the spots on the disk and try to find fragments of files that were deleted but not yet written on.

Good luck.

That 25GB drive was almost certainly a cache for the larger HDD.
Is this the case?

If so, there is no 'data' on it to recover.

If you were actually using it as a discreet data drive, how and why did you get to this condition?
