I spilled water into my computer about a month ago. Some weird things happened afterwards and I'm hoping based on the symptoms someone can suggest to me a course of action.

So immediately after I spilled the water into my computer I tried to boot it up. Stupid I know. But at the time I was panicked and didn't really think that it could harmful effects. It didn't boot so I opened up the case and dabbed at the water with a paper towel. Most of the water was on the graphics card and the bottom of the case near where the PSU sits. There was a little water running down my motherboard as well. Tried booting it again and it still didn't boot up. (not sure if it matters but this was left over water that was in a ramen cup so it was a bit sticky)

I looked up that starting the computer when it is wet is stupid and that I should wait until it dries. So I waited a week with the case open to let the water evaporate. After the week was up I crossed my fingers and booted up the computer. It booted up normally I believe. I loaded up PUBG to play with my friends and after a couple minutes it just shut down randomly otherwise it was working until then. I booted it up once again and it said something weird like "system 32 missing" or something like that. Then after that it either immediately booted up or I had to try again but I did get it to boot again. The same thing happened again but after 20 minutes or so in the middle of the PUBG game. When I boot it up this time I get a big frowny face on a blue screen, not sure what it said.

I tried booting it up one final time and this time it worked perfectly. Not only that but I was on the computer the rest of the night with 0 flukes. I used it for maybe 2 or 3 hours without a hitch. Fast forward to the next morning, I immediately try to turn on my computer to make sure it is still working. It doesn't work. It would start to boot up, then immediately shut off, start to boot up, then immediately shut off. This all happens without me touching anything after trying to boot the system. This still happens to this day when I try and boot my computer.

Sorry for the walls of text. I wanted to make sure to include everything because some really weird stuff happened that might be significant. Anyways thank you so much for reading any advice would be much appreciated.

I guess that there's a shortage somewhere. Best is to take the pc apart and look for traces on the motherboard and gpu, hoping the psu got spared, and if seeing traces from the water clean it of with alcohol (like medical alcohol) ,let it dry again and see if it will boot. Can first try the booting when "breadboarded", saves work if it is not booting.

Can't really say more. Other choice is taking it to a shop and let them check for the shortage.
