Psu buzzing noise

Can anyone help me tell if this buzzing noise coming from my psu is just coil whine, or if it is something other than that. It only comes when stressing the GPU, and not when i am only stressing the CPU. It comes right when i start stressing it, and stops right when i close the application.

yup coil whine. nothing to worry about. not worth fixing, however you can try plugging it directly into a wall socket or a different outlet entirely and see if it helps.

I thougt so aswell, but it is so loud, i can hear it over all the fans and the game sounds while playing. Is that normal, or am i just unlucky with this PSU? Will ret plugging it into the wall and ser ud that helps.

ya its common. it can depend on the quality or the psu, what are you using? coil whine is more severe at high frame rates. you may want a program to limit your frames to 60 if you have a 60hz monitor. that will most likely resolve the issue.

I Got a corsair cx 750, but also a 144 hz monitor. I will just have to live with it, as long as it is not dangerous or damages my hardware. Thx for the help
