Better Air Flow

I am looking to improve my airflow.
for intake, I have the 2 fans on the front, and one on the side that hits right on the graphics card. I just removed an extra dvd drive and I have an extra fan sitting unsecured in that bay.
for exhaust I just have the one on top.
they are all 120mm.
what I want to do is add another fan for exhaust on the top but my cpu water cooler is in the way.
my questions are...
1. would it hurt to move the fan for the water cooler to the outside of the case with the radiator on still on the inside? it was installed by Cyberpower and I have not messed with it, would I be able to pull the tubes and pass them through the grommets? how big of a mess would that be?
2. could I have the fans on top pulling air in and have the fan on the side of the case pushing out? I know heat rises, that's why I haven't changed it.

You can but it won't have much of an impact. Here's a nice video showing it:

With 3 in the front, one on the side on intake and one in the back (water cooler) + one up top as exhaust, you seem pretty set. I'm not sure how much more improved your cooling can be. What are you getting for temps? Have you tried re-applying your thermal paste on your cpu/gpu since you bought the pc?

my temps aren't too bad, I haven't been monitoring them lately but my PC is in a new room and it's warmer up here. I was thinking of running a bitcoin miner while I'm out but I was a little worried about possible overheating. the radiator for the cpu cooler is hot to the touch, no burns but hot. speed fan puts it between 30 and 40*C idle and around 50*C under full load for a few minutes. GPU is 45* and about 60*C under a benchmark load.
thanks for the answer.
