Yes you will be, because I'm not aware of the Intel sockets and AMD sockets having the same exact distance from board surface to CPU heat spreader surface, at least not down to the fraction of a mm. So, I'm not sure how the case manufacturer can be so exact. And then there's the slight variation of actual board thickness between different manufacturers. But it may be worth taking a chance if returns are not a problem.

Yes, it will be really close.
The question you need to consider....Which engineering or marketing team fudged the measurements?

1mm either way might mean the difference between 'completely fine', and 'not gonna fit'.
