There does seem to be an abnormal amount of pump complaints even though...

Honestly any AIO cooler will be able to cool that CPU very well. For near-silent performance, Fractal's Celsius S24 is probably the quietest on the market due to the included fans being, quite frankly, amazing at noise dampening (you'll want to use a custom fan curve if you want maximum cooling, the auto mode prefers silence over cooling performance). Corsair's H100i v2 is better for pure performance, at the sacrifice of higher noise levels. Any of the NZXT coolers are good for looks, although they also perform well.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there seems to be many complaints about nzxt kraken coolers. Do you think those complaints are justified?

There does seem to be an abnormal amount of pump complaints even though they all use the same asetek pump design. However I don't have much experience with any of the Kraken coolers so I can't say. The safest bets are definitely Corsair's h100i v2 and Fractal's S24.
