Solution
That could just mean issue with certain graphics drivers which aren't yet optimized for the game. If you go to amd's site and look carefully through the notes for each driver version, do you see your game listed anywhere? Look around on google if your game has specific driver version recommended for it.
Those games with lower load on the gpu, was the load on the cpu also lower or higher? Not all games tax cpu and gpu evenly.

Yes,I looked it in Event Viewer/ Windows Logs/System :
- Event ID : 41
- Des :
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Yes 41(63) is a hardware error meaning one of your components, or the drivers for it.
Typical troubleshooting involves overclocking, heat issues, memory check, psu voltage checking etc. Here's a checklist:
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-us/308cbcb3-46ce-4f74-85f9-d87ce4cef0d6/kernel-power-event-id-41-task-category-63-spontaneous-improper-shutdowns-and-reboots?forum=w7itproperf

So, if you're OC anything, bring the clock back down to default to see if it still happens. Heating issues you've already ruled out. Memory...again if OCing, bring it to a lower frequency. Try different slots for memory sticks (a2/b2, a1/b1 and so on). Try a single stick and see if it still happens (obviously games will run a bit slower but stability is key to check). If you decide on memory check via memtest, run at least 8 passes.
For psu, try this https://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply (second part with the voltage testing).
Make sure all of your drivers are up to date. Get them from your mobo support page, gpu manufacturer's page etc.

Tyvm !
I don't overclock anything ... If this is PSU issues,it's hard for me to bring a Psu to guarantee cause an issues is'nt usually,it just happening sometime (once a month or more than) .
I am using amd setting version 17.4.4 for my rx 460 now the lastest driver version is 17.8.1,i will try to update it,but i guess it's not problem beacause i goolge and no result verify v17.4.4 amd setting make pc crashes or freezes.
Thank you again for your help !

The PSU would by my first go to for checking here.

Under current configuration, does the computer crash if running benchmark software. 3d Mark, Furmark, etc? Or is it just in a single specific game.

Either way, I would suggest if you can trying a new PSU and see what sort of results you get. The blacking out as described would generally point me to this, although obviously there could be another problem here.

It's just in a single game.I don't know why ... when i play Little Nightmares Gpu load 100% with 45-48w power and 65-70 °C , i finished this game and nothing happened, but when i play Pes2018 Gpu load under 40w power and temp around 45-50 °C,my pc was crashed and froze.2 month ago i had an issue when i was playing Assassin's Creed Brootherhood.
