So I just built my first rig, (sucesfully) but one of my corsair hd120s are running always really loud (corsair link says about 2300 rpm, whilst others run like 800, and pump 140mm about 1000. I have in bios all fans to quiet and in corsair link too. I think the loud noise is coming out of those 140mms or bottom 120mm cause the exhaust fan looks like running pretty slow, but, why does corsair link show only one 120mm run at 2300? Also, when I set fans to perforamnce in corsair link, theay all start runnin like a locomotive. Maybe its loud because I yet didn't put on the glass side panel(I need to finish cable management). Btw the fan runs always this loud and my cpus idle temperatures are like25-30, gpu 30-35.

Also I noticed speedfan is saying that something called auxtin0 runs at -125, Yes minus, and something called auxtin1 at +50.I dunno what is that tho.

Thx for any tips.

Solution
For the fans you have connected to the motherboard you need to go into the bios and go into Qfan controll.

Set the fans to PWN mode and not DC.

Let the system do a fan test to figure out Max and Min rpm`s the fans can run at, then set fans speeds to what you want as static rpm or a fan curve.
