My mic is extremely quiet, and in attempt to fix it, I've tried many solutions without any success. First, my specs are:
MSI z170 XPower
Intel I7 6700k
EVGA GTX 1080Ti Hydro-Copper Series
EVGA 650 GS
Neewer NW-700 Condenser Microphone
Neewer 1-Channel Phantom Power Supply

A bit of backstory, I lived in 2 houses that had two different set-ups. One of the set-ups used a microphone that came with my headset, Logitech G633, and the other used the Condenser Mic. Both worked extremelly well, but now that I merged the set-up, the Condenser Mic doesn't like the new computer with the MSI z170 XPower.

Solution-wise, Ive tried many: downloading the latest Realtek Audio Codecs and Drivers; i've tried completely uninstalling drivers and then installing new ones; uping my (gain)boost, that helps volume wise, but there is also a really loud whitenoise in the background. With my mic I dont know if I need to go through a 2-Channel Phantom Power Supply, or a Audio Interface, or if I can fix it through software. I would love to be able to use this mic since the quality of it is extremely good.

Solution
Try
1. Playback devices> Realtek device> properties>level> set level to maximum.
2. Try uninstalling REALTEK driver and then installing the latest driver from realtek website
