I'm building my first Gaming PC from used components and I wanted to know if a 550 Watt is enough to handle the system overclocked. If not which power supply should I pick?

My specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960T
GPU: MSI - GeForce GTX 760 2GB TWIN FROZR
PSU: Corsair CX500 or Arctic Fusion 550R
MoBo: Gigabyte - GA-970A-UD3P
RAM: Corsair - XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1333 + 4GB DDR3-1333 (no-Name)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Shuriken
HDD: 1TB

Thanks!

Solution
No. For Corsair lineup you need at least the Com series. Make sure to get those with gray logo and not the green logo as the green ones are also crap, while the newer CX grey unit is decent.
550w is enough, however only if it's a decent quality PSU. Those 2 you listed are not good, the Artic is a crap PSU and so is the Corsair CX as it is the old model.
As you are going to overclock i recommend a good quality PSU like Corsair RMx series or EVGA G2 or G3 series.

Also why are you building a gaming PC with such old and weak components? You won't be able to play any newer game with decent settings with that build.

You are also mixing up different brands/models of RAM, which is known to cause compatibility issues.

No offence but that's a 10 year old list.
Tell me where do you live(country) and what budget you have so I can give you a much better list.

I live in Germany and my budget is 200 Euros

You won't get much gaming from €200. And the system you listed wont do any good in modern games. Besides the mixing of the RAM is likely to cause issues. And you have chosen a very crap PSU.

You are going to need parts that are a lot more recent if you are even thinking about playing any newer AAA games.

That's very dated parts.

Just to give you an idea what you need for just a budget gamer system..

I agree that my system is old but I would still like to know whether a BE Quiet BQT E5-550W , a Corsair VX550W or a COUGAR PowerX 550W is good enough?

They are not as they are crap units.

What are you trying to say?

I'm trying to say to stay away from those cheap crap units. When they fail they are likely to fry your whole system because they lack the protection circuits, or start a fire because of their too thin gauge wiring.
