I assembled my first pc...

And it won't turn on. I tested each and every components in it. Practically new and works. Even double checked if every part is in the right place, checked if they're snugly fit, every connection in the right plugs. Please, I need help with this, I don't want my first pc to be a total failure. It's come to a point where even the LEDs don't light up at all. So I can't check the BIOS.

See if a fan connected to it does spin.

Try testing the board outside the case for ruling out a short.

How would I know if the mobo works if I don't see any indicators to it? My mobo doesnt come with any in-board LEDs.

So I took off everything (RAM, GPU, and Hard drive, Motherboard) from the case but left the CPU installed in the board,
So I tried connecting the PSU back into the 24 pin and the PSU fan won't spin still.

Hi, You have to connect the 4 pin power cable to the blue header on the motherboard too.

I think I may have ruled out that the PSU is the problem because I bought another motherboard and tried putting the CPU, then a stick of RAM and the motherboard speaker (this was out of case) then I plugged the PSU to the 24pin and the 4pin and I got the same result, the PSU is still not spinning nor did I get any beeps from the speaker.

If removing the RAM and starting the board, still no beeps? If no beeps, then it looks like a CPU issue.

Did you try jumping the motherboard with a screwdriver instead of the power header? You could have a fault power button.

I agree with alexaiu that this is looking like a CPU issue. Do you have another CPU you can use with these components to verify?

The only thing I can thing of is what Vic 40 said. If you tried that CPU in different motherboards and it didn't power on then it is probably a CPU issue. There could be a PC Hardware store somewhere close to you that you could ask to test your CPU.
