My system: Asus LGA 1150 B85M-Pro mobo, Gskill 4x4GB DDR3 1600 ram, Samsung SSD 120GB, Intel i3 4160 processor, Windows 7 H Premium 64 bit SP 1, Linux Ubuntu 16.04..My issue: cannot connect to internet (ISP Singnet Fibre) using os win 7..but able to connect with Ubuntu 16.04..error : no network adapter hardware so drivers cannot install..please assist..

If you go into the Device Manager, what does it show under your Network Adapters?
Does it show the NIC for your motherboard without any thing else? Or does it have a "yellow !" next to it or a "red X"?
