I reset windows after dealing with some hard drive issues that I fixed. In doing this I had to download all my drivers again. Unfortunately I have been unable to fix this internet problem. According to multiple sites my up/down is where it should be, but my latency is 60-70ms.
Im currently running windows 10, Version 1709, OS build 16299.15.
The fixes I have tried.
- Resetting my router
- Resetting internet settings
- Replugging Ethernet cable on both sides
- downloaded intel network drivers
- Tried most, if not all windows troubleshooters
