i am making my first budget gaming pc which ill use for games only mostly dota 2 please help me and rate my build if i should go for it or not.

i also on a very tight budget so i went with a 450w psu i was wondering if that would be enough for my build and if i am using 5 case fans.

and these were the cheapest rams that i could find that can be shipped to where i live are they good enough for my build?

here is my build

Looks pretty good. I wouldn't go for that PSU. The minimum for the 1060 is 400W. THe 450 would power it just fine but would have to work pretty hard resulting in more heat and noise.

Solution
I am having a different opinion. The 1060 is a frugal card and that cxm 2015 is based on the same platform as corsair vengeance psu which are really good. So no issues there.
BTW, to which country are you Shipping this build? Is this doable?

1tb fill up very fast now if you have movies, series, anime etc everything in this rig itself, better to get a 2tb. Even AAA games now avg 50gb.
