So I want to know if there is a way already in windows 10 to lock or out a password on things like the display settings, personalization and like the settings so people can't edit them. I have a church and they seem to change the settings alot and it's really a annoying. Thanks for any help!

Make a non password protected Guest account, Your "Admin" account settings will be separate and you will have a full range of options on what to restrict on the Guest. This setup hasn't changed much since XP. From there you can do what was suggested on the above post since it wont effect yours as well.
