Asus Z97-A USB 3.1 makes me boot windows 7 manually

I recently had to reinstall windows 7 on my custom built computer. Now every time I turn the computer it says "press F1 to setup". When I press F1 it brings me into the bios settings. I then have to manually boot the drive with windows on it. The boot priority is setup with the drive with windows on it first. Windows works perfectly fine afterwards. It is just very inconvenient. Is there anyway to fix this?

I only had the one drive plugged in during the installation. The only other drive was the dvd for the installation. Once when I turned it on, it booted completely without me having to do anything. The next time I shut it down it went back to how it was before.
