Should I get a new power supply

I have a core i3-4160 and 2 Asus RX 570's, before, when I only had 1 rx570 the system worked fine. After I added the second card, the system often (every few days) shuts down unexpectedly when I'm mining. I went into event viewer and saw there was an error with event id 41. Lately this has been occurring more and more often (every few hours). Right now I have a Coolermaster elite 550 v2. Should I buy a new power supply?

Since the only thing that changed is the addition of another card, I'd also think it's the psu, especially if it's working fine for a while and then fails during load. I would personally, though you can first check if the voltages are still within tolerances if you'd like:
