Will the GPU choke on a NZXT Manta case?

Looking at making a Mini ITX gaming system. And wondering about the GPU temperatures, I see that there is not a lot of space between the PSU Shroud and the GPU. This leads me to ask will a GPU choke and have high temperatures? I watched a review (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiDZNT7mxLQ) that showed the GPU with very high temperatures on a Define S mini. Will this happen with the Manta?
Also should I get a blower style GPU (ASUS TURBO-GTX1060-6G) or normal dual fan GPU (GIGABYTE GTX1060 6GB GDDR5 GRAPHICS CARD, 2X WINDFORCE)?

I have a CRYORIG H7 Quad Lumi RGB CPU Cooler.

Solution
Blower style coolers will perform better in a case like the Manta.
Typically anytime "space for airflow" is of a concern, the blower style cooler will work better.
I can tell it will have some airflow issues because of the flat panel in the front heavily limiting airflow.
BitWitKyle knows what he's talking about in that video. basically all cases with that "flat panel design" and a "GPU with only an inch or less space from a "wall"" will perform better with a blower cooler.

I'm not personally a fan of the Manta's design, but at least it's cable management is good.

Would a different case such as the nano s that doesn't have a shroud work better for cooling?
